This page explains what information Offer to Funnel collects when you visit this site, buy the kit and use the buyer portal, which services handle it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Offer to Funnel is operated by UAB Ai Nesvarbu in Lithuania. You can reach us at hello@offertofunnel.com.
What we collect
When you browse this site we collect no personal information ourselves. The hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details, name, email address and billing address. We never see your card number. We receive your name, your email address, what you bought and a payment reference, so we can give you access and answer questions about your purchase.
When you use the buyer portal, we store the email address you log in with, which steps of the prep list and the launch day you have ticked, and the support tickets you send us. We use that to show you your progress, answer your tickets and see where buyers get stuck, so the kit can improve.
The skills run inside your own Claude account. We do not see your conversations with Claude, your brief, your copy or your site files, unless you send them to support or add us as a collaborator on your GitHub repository.
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity records page interactions, heatmaps and session recordings on the sales site to help us understand usability. Typed sensitive text is masked. Clarity loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices. We do not install Clarity on the buyer portal.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts this site and the portal and serves the domain (Cloudflare Pages and DNS). It records server logs for security and keeps them for a short period under its own policy.
Stripe takes the payment and stores the payment record, including your name, email and billing address, under its own privacy policy.
Supabase runs the portal's database and login. It holds your email address, your login sessions, the steps you have ticked and your support tickets, hosted in Europe.
Google Workspace hosts hello@offertofunnel.com and processes support correspondence. Supabase processes portal authentication. Stripe processes checkout and payment receipts.
PostHog measures page views and funnel actions only after you allow analytics. We use its US Cloud project. We do not send your email address, form contents or payment details to PostHog, and PostHog session recording is disabled. You can withdraw analytics consent through Privacy choices.
Microsoft Clarity processes consented usage data under Microsoft’s privacy statement.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it beyond the services named here.
Why we use it
To deliver what you paid for, log you into the portal, answer your tickets, refund you when the refund policy applies, keep the site working and secure, and, with your consent, measure whether our ads led to a purchase.
How long we keep it
We retain payment records as required for accounting and tax obligations. Portal accounts, progress and support tickets are retained while needed to deliver the product and resolve requests. You may request deletion at hello@offertofunnel.com; records required by law may be retained. Hosting and email providers apply their own log-retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@offertofunnel.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page.
