The refund covers the page, not the outcome. Here is exactly what that means and how to ask.

The policy

Fourteen days. If you followed the steps in the kit and do not have a live page within 14 days of buying, write to hello@offertofunnel.com and we refund what you paid.

We refund the page, not the outcome. The kit builds a live page with an enquiry calendar, a deposit checkout and a thank-you page. It does not bring visitors, enquiries or deposits, and we do not promise any of those, so a page that is live but has not yet had an enquiry is the product working as described, not a reason for a refund.

How to ask

Email hello@offertofunnel.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase, and say where the build stopped. We may ask for your launch-notes.md, the file the Site Builder writes next to your site folder, because it lists what was built, which values were still pending and where you got stuck. That is how we tell a stuck step from an unopened kit, and it is also how the Stuck Library improves.

We answer within 24 hours on working days. If the refund applies, we issue it from Stripe the same day we answer.

What is refunded

The price you paid for the kit, in full, to the original payment method. Stripe usually shows it on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. We cannot refund what you paid other companies: Claude Pro (Anthropic), a domain, or any paid plan on the services the checklists point to.

After a refund

Your portal login is closed and the licence ends. Anything you already built is yours to keep; the site files and the accounts you opened belong to you.

EU and UK consumers

This policy applies in addition to any right you have under the consumer law of your country. Nothing here limits those rights.
