These are the terms for using this site and for buying Offer to Funnel, a digital product.

Who you are dealing with

Offer to Funnel is operated by UAB Ai Nesvarbu in Lithuania. Contact: hello@offertofunnel.com.

What you are buying

Offer to Funnel is a digital product: four Claude skills (Offer Extractor, Page Writer, Site Builder, Connect-It), a buyer portal with the prep list, the launch-day timeline, the install guide and the Connect-It checklists, the Stuck Library, and async support as described below. It is delivered through the portal after payment; your login arrives by email. Nothing is shipped.

The skills run only inside Claude Pro, a paid plan sold by Anthropic under its own terms, with code execution turned on. Claude Pro is not included in the price and we do not sell it. If you will not use Claude Pro, the product does not work for you; please do not buy it.

The checklists point you to services we do not operate (GitHub, Cloudflare, Cal.com, Stripe, MailerLite). Each has its own terms and prices, and you open those accounts yourself. Their free plans and fees can change without our knowledge; we keep the checklists updated as part of the product but cannot promise a service stays free.

Licence

One purchase covers one business: one person or one company, and the pages you build for that business. You may install the skills on your own Claude account, build and rebuild your own pages as often as you like, and keep the site files you build. The site files are yours.

You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the skills, the checklists or the portal content, and you may not use them to build pages for other people as a paid service, unless we agree it in writing. Support and portal access are for the buyer named at purchase.

Payment

The price is shown on the page in US dollars and is taken once by Stripe when you buy. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price can change for later buyers; a change does not affect a purchase already made.

We do not see your card number. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms.

Refunds

Fourteen days. If you followed the steps and do not have a live page within 14 days of buying, write to hello@offertofunnel.com and we refund what you paid. We may ask for the launch-notes.md file the Site Builder wrote, so we can see where the build stopped. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

Your statutory consumer rights remain in place. Buying the kit does not by itself waive any right of withdrawal. Contact hello@offertofunnel.com to exercise your rights.

No promise of results

We promise the product described: the skills, the portal, the checklists and the support. We do not promise any outcome from using it. We do not promise that anyone will visit your page, enquire, book, pay a deposit or buy, and we do not promise anything about what you will earn. Those depend on your work, your prices, your traffic and circumstances outside our control.

"In a day" describes the page build only. A Stripe payout takes 7 to 14 days after a payment, a domain moved from another registrar can take up to 48 hours to resolve, and email sent from a new domain needs about 30 days of warmup. Those timers are stated on the page and inside the kit.

The timeline in the portal is our estimate until enough buyers have timed it; your day can run longer.

Support

Support is asynchronous, through the ticket form in the portal or by email to hello@offertofunnel.com. We reply within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Friday, on Lithuania time, excluding public holidays. There is no phone support and no live calls.

Support covers the kit: the skills, the checklists, the portal and the steps they describe. It does not cover writing your page for you, running ads, or the internal workings of the third-party services; for those we point you to the right screen and the service's own help.

If a fix needs hands on your files, you can add us as a collaborator on your GitHub repository. You can remove us at any time. We never ask for your passwords, card details or account credentials, and you should not send them.

Your part

Have Claude Pro with code execution on. Follow the checklists one screen at a time and read the Stuck Library entry before opening a ticket. Keep your own accounts, passwords and payment details to yourself. Read the terms and privacy pages the kit drafts for your site before you publish them: they are a starting point, not legal advice. Tell us when a step breaks, so the Stuck Library can improve.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product described. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid, and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost business or losses caused by third-party services. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Lithuania, unless consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.

Changes

If these terms change we update the date at the top of the page. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
